Code of Conduct

In Pal Education, we follow highest standards of Code of Conduct to ensure that the education/ training services that we offer meet the needs of students. In order to achieve this objective, Pal Education developed quality management system to ensure the full compliance of all relevant Australian government regulations, laws and standards. Pal Education commits to offer equity of access in a safe and health training environment of fairness, ethics and integrity.

In Pal Education, all staff members commit to follow of:

  • The Education Service for Oversea Students Act (ESOS) 2000

  • National Code of Practice for Registered Authorities and providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students.

  • Tuition Protection Scheme by the Commonwealth Government

  • Consumer Protection Law: Australian Consumer Law 2011

  • All other relevant Australian laws

Education/ Training Quality Assurance:

In Pal Education, we commit to deliver high quality training service to all of our students regardless of their backgrounds, races, religions, gender, disabilities and other factors. To achieve this target, all staff members commit to follow:

  • Provide industry currency training

  • Adopt the student-oriented training services

  • Commit the continuous improvement of training service and training courses

  • Offer equal opportunities to support all students

Finally, Pal Education aims to promote the multicultural culture and respect in our Jandakot campus.  Therefore, all staff members of Pal Education commit to provide support and constructive advice to satisfy various students’ needs.
