The PIER Network is a global online network of professionals in international education. A listing in the PIER Network is promoted through a connected group of sites, databases and government agencies that are viewed by students and educational institutions thousands of times a month. The Education Agent Training Course (EATC) is a free, online, self-paced, industry-recommended course supported by Australian Education International (AEI) and the Department of Home Affairs (DHA). The course provides both new and current education agents with up-to date information about the Australian education system and Australia as a study destination. The EATC is an excellent training and resource tool for individuals wishing to be aware of changes and developments in Australia's education industry, and who want to demonstrate their professionalism via certification.

The Department of Home Affairs is the Australian Government interior ministry with responsibilities for national security, law enforcement, emergency management, border control, immigration, refugees, citizenship, visa application and multicultural affairs. The portfolio also includes federal agencies such as the Australian Federal Police, Australian Border Force and the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation.
ISANA members work in international student services, advocacy, teaching and policy development in international education. It is the representative body for professionals in Australia and has a sister organisation relationship with ISANA New Zealand. The ISANA network is active in Universities, Colleges, Schools, English language centres and other organisations providing services in international education. ISANA branches exist in each Australian State and Territory, and in New Zealand, as well as several dynamic special interest groups.

The Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) is a register of Australian education providers that recruit, enrol and teach overseas students. Registration on CRICOS allows providers to offer courses to overseas students studying in Australia on student visas.
Training.gov.au is the National Register on Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Australia.Training.gov.au is the authoritative source of Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) and Registered Training Organizations (RTOs).
